Pilates is an exercise that everybody should be doing as it is great for building up core strength, helping us avoid or recover from injury, improve posture, flexibility and balance and gain a greater mind and body awareness!

Davina teaches Group and Personal Pilates in Hertfordshire.  Davina’s Pilates classes are all suitable for any level as adaptions are given through her classes so everyone can work at their own ability.

Davina is also a qualified Pre-and-Post-Natal Pregnancy Pilates Instructor (Australian Pilates and Physio Association).
