Davina teaches group Pilates classes in Hertfordshire and North London. She offers them in 6-8 week blocks to fit with school terms, with each block payable in advance.
Davina’s Pilates classes are all suitable for any level, including beginner, as each exercise can be adjusted. If you have an injury, most of the exercises can be adapted to suit you.
Davina is also a qualified Pre-and-Post-Natal Pregnancy Pilates Instructor (Australian Pilates and Physio Association).
