Davina runs this retreat at the luxury 5* Inner Guidance Holistic Retreat Centre, a stunning Grade II listed Tudor House.  The beautiful 500 year old venue is just outside the stunning village of Lavenham, which is probably the most picturesque medieval village you will come across.

The luxury 5* Inner Guidance Holistic Retreat Centre, a dedicated peaceful space to unwind, reflect and re-balance. The Suffolk countryside is an ideal place to relax and recharge your batteries.

Date and time: Friday  14th June (4pm arrival) to Sunday 16th June 2019 (4pm finish)

Number of participants: We keep the group small, with just 14 places in total

Level: Davina is experienced at teaching Pilates to many different clients and welcomes different levels and abilities.  Even if you haven’t done Pilates before.  

She demonstrates gradual progressions to the Pilates movements allowing everyone to work at their own level.

Penny, a qualified and experiences Pilates and Nordic Walking Instructor will be taking us on a Nordic Walk to Lavenham Village.  Beforehand Penny will demonstrate the correct Technique of Nordic Walking.  And there will be an opportunity for people to do a shorter walk if they want to.

At the Inner Guidance Holistic Retreat Centre you are away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, with peaceful surroundings where you can allow yourself time to reflect. Along with the benefits of the venue’s ‘clean eating’, this helps to re-balance your mind and continue a healthier lifestyle at home.

The fully-inclusive Pilates Health Retreat will include:

  • Five different types of Pilates class, including matwork, bands and balls
  • Evening meditation and mindfulness
  • Nordic Walking through peaceful countryside
  • Cacao Ceremonies
  • Full, healthy breakfasts
  • Afternoon tea
  • Two-course dinners
  • Opportunity to book treatments with the in-house Angel’s therapists
  • Time to simply relax around your room and the grounds.

This is your own personal retreat to you can do as much or as little as you like.

There is also a very small swimming pool and hot tub in the large gardens of the manor house.

Nutritious, delicious food

Clean-chef Dominic and his team will provide us with healthy, nourishing food throughout the retreat. Their fully-vegan style food is free from preservatives, wheat, gluten, sugar and dairy. All the food is cooked in coconut oil which has endless health benefits, and they pride themselves on showing us how tasty healthy food can be!

Saturday

  • 9.30 am Pilates 
  • 11.00 am Brunch
  • 12.00 pm Your choice – Guided Nordic walk to Lavenham village or some time for treatments with Angel’s Therapist 
  • 3.00 pm Afternoon tea
  • 5.00 pm Pilates (Ball Class)
  • 7.00 pm Two-course dinner
  • 9.00 pm Evening Meditation Practice
  • 10.00 pm Relaxation time before bed
