NEW PILATES MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP

This workshop gives everyone the opportunity to try Pilates exercises and Hatha Yoga poses as well as some Mindfulness/Meditation techniques.

Davina breaks the Pilates and Yoga movements down to beginner level then gradually adds progressions so you can challenge yourself and work to the level you are comfortable at.

Davina will teach you some relaxation breathing techniques to stop the mind wandering when we are trying to meditate

It is suitable for all abilities and both men and women.

This workshop will include

Mobilisation Pilates

Strength Pilates

Yoga Stretch

Mindfulness

And a small refreshment

For only £20

Please bring a cushion and blanket you may like to use during the mindfulness section.
