Start the week feeling refreshed with a morning Pilates class.
Pilates is a moderate form of exercise that can improve balance, flexibility, circulation, posture and help you to relax. Pilates is similar to yoga but with a greater focus on strengthening the core, abdominal and back muscles.
All classes are taught to suit all levels and capabilities as each exercise is demonstrated clearly and progressed or regressed. So everyone is comfortable and can perform the move at their own level even with an injury or back issue.
Pilates is an exercise that everybody should be doing as it is great for building up core strength, helping us avoid or recover from injury, improve posture, flexibility and balance and gain a greater mind and body awareness!
